Advanced Practice Nurse

OverviewConnecticut Counseling and Wellness is seeking a part-time or per diem APRN for an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) that specialize in substance use disorders in Wolcott, CT.
This prescriber would be part of a collaborative team at a start-up program.
This role will begin as part-time/per diem and can transition into full-time as the program launches and grows.
Qualifications and
Responsibilities:
Has a Nurse Practitioner License in Connecticut - able to practice without a Collaborative Agreement 2-5 years of previous experience with substance use disorder population National Provider Identifier (NPI) required DEA license required Board certification (AANP or ANCC) required PMHNP or 1 year of mental health client experience without a PMHNP Ability to learn new office and EHR systems Has experience prescribing for clients with substance use disorders who have co-occurring anxiety, depression, mood disorders and ADHD Has MATs prescribing capability Is comfortable prescribing controlled substances when medically appropriate Must be legally authorized to work in the U.
S.
on a full-time basis (We are not able to sponsor work visas at this time) Recommended Skills Certified Nurse Practitioner Curiosity Ancc Certified Mental Health Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (Adhd) Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
